his is a reinvention of the Bakewell Slice. It is full to popping with cranberries and chunky pieces of toasted almonds. There is also a layer of cranberry curd. One of the favourites in our tastings.

Ingredients: Ground almonds 23%, salted butter, sugar, sweetened cranberries 13% (cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil), polenta 9%, whole almonds 6%, free-range eggs, cranberry curd 2% (sugar, eggs, butter, cranberry, gelling agent: natural fruit pectin, citric acid).
