Honeybuns Congo Bar
On the bottom of this slice is the polenta shortbread, made with polenta, ground almonds and butter. THe base is then spread with caramel and topped with organic coconut curls, Belgian milk chocolate and toasted pecan nuts. Everything is then dusted with a fine chocolate powder.

Ingredients: Caramel 27% (skimmed condensed milk, golden syrup, glucose syrup, vegetable oil, butter, sugar, emulsifier E471, gelling agent: pectin, salt, flavouring), toasted pecan nuts 15%, polenta 12%, ground almonds, sugar, salted butter, Belgian milk chocolate 8% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanillin), toasted coconut 2%, sea salt.
