The gluten free mix contains only the natural grains of millet, brown rice and buckwheat with nothing else added. They are naturally cholesterol and sodium free and low in saturated fat. After harvesting, these pure grain cereals are puffed by a special process to produce a 'puff ball' which preserves the original shape of the grain, and helps to maintain maximum nutrition. The process also roasts the grains, which helps with digestion and gives them a delicious toasted flavour. No sugar, artifical flavour, sweeteners or colouring are added.
