Gluten free, wheat free, new improved taste. No artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives. Suitable for gluten free, wheat free, soya free and egg free diets. Recommended for the dietary management of gluten-sensitive enteropathies including steatorrhoea due to gluten-sensitivity, coeliac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis.
Serving suggestion: best served toasted. Ingredients: filtered water, cold pressed safflower oil, brown rice flour tapioca starch, white rice flour, pear juice, yeast, gelling agent (methylcellulose), calcium phosphate, thiamin (vitamin B1) riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin, iron and folic acid.
