Orgran Chocolate Cake Mix
The mix produces a tasty chocolate sponge cake. It is easy to prepare and totally vegetable based and allows you to produce a 97% fat free cake that is also dairy free, egg free and suitable for vegans.
Contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Add: water, 2 eggs (or egg replacement), 60g vegetable margarine.
Ingredients: Raw sugar, rice flour, maize starch, potato starch, maize flour, cocoa powder 9%, dextrose from maize, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, monoglycerides from vegetable, salt, natural vanilla flavour, vegetable gums: carboxymethylcellulose, carrageenan, guar gum.
