Next to baguettes this is probably one on the most well known of French breads. Wholesome and nutritious without compromise on flavour. Our Campagne loaf is rustic French "country" bread with a touch of sourdough. A simple but tasty Spelt and Rye bread coated with golden Polenta is ideal to accompany soups or salads.
Ingredients: Spelt flour (80%), rye flour (20%), spelt sourdough, spring water, Celtic sea salt, yeast and sunflower oil.
