This Campagne loaf is rustic French "country" bread with a touch of sourdough. A simple but tasty spelt and rye bread coated with golden polenta is ideal to accompany soups or salads
Order by 9am on Tuesday for despatch on Thursday.
Ingredients: spelt flour (80%), rye flour (20%), spring water, natural leaven, sunflower oil, yeast, and sea salt*. Topped with Polenta.
