A spelt sourdough bread filled with Sunflower seeds and Linseed. Sourdough is the original method of raising bread using a mixture of naturally fermented flour and water. This gives it a longer keeping quality and a distinct mild, tangy flavour. It also agreeable to those who have a sensitivity to yeast.
Order by 9am on Tuesday for despatch on Thursday..
Ingredients: spelt flour, spring water, sunflower seeds, linseeds, malt extract, sunflower oil, and sea salt* with lots of added sunflower seeds and linseed.
