This is a naturally leavened 100% rye loaf with rolled in poppy, sesame and linseed seeds. Sourdough is the original method of raising bread using a mixture of naturally fermented flour and water. This gives it a longer keeping quality and a distinct mild, tangy flavour. It also agreeable to those who have a sensitivity to yeast.
Order by 9am on Tuesday for despatch on Thursday..
Ingredients: dark rye flour, medium rye flour, spring water, and sea salt* (coated with a blend of: sesame, linseed, poppy).
