A light bubbly Italian loaf baked on the sole of the oven. Made with some unbleached white spelt flour. Ideal to accompany soups or salads.
Order by 9am on Tuesday for despatch on Thursday.
Ingredients: whole spelt flour (50%) white spelt flour (50%), kalamata olives, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, sea salt.*
