This self-raising flour is an easy to use self-raising flour. Developed with similar characteristics to wheat flour, this product also boasts similar functional properties to ensure suitability for most recipes. Ingredients: maize starch, tapioca flour, rice flour, raising agents: glucono delta lactone, sodium bicarbonate, vegetable gum: guar gum. Contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
