This all-purpose flour is a unique blend of organic barley, rice, millet and maize and offers a wholesome, delicious alternative to plain wheat flour. It works well in all types of baking which require a plain flour, from sauces and soufflés to pastry, cookies and cakes. Bread makers please note: The STAMP COLLECTION™ Flour is not a speciality 'strong' flour as required in most bread recipes.Coeliacs please note: We recommend that you consult your practitioner before using this flour as it does contain reduced levels of gluten.
