Pastry Mix is a wheat and gluten free mixture that is quick and easy to prepare. It makes a delicious range of products such as gluten free pizza as well as pastry for jam tarts, pie, quiches, scones and much more.

Just add water and knead as you would with wheat dough.

Ingredients: maize starch, rice flour, tapioca, maize flour, glucona delta lactone, sodium bicarbonate, vegetable gums: guar gum, carboxymethylcellulose, metylcellulose. Contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
