Hale and Hearty Pasta Spirals, Buckwheat, Corn and Rice
Slow dried at a low temperature using traditional Italian methods in order to preserve the nutritional qualities of the raw ingredients. Buckwheat provides a great source of nutrition to those sensitive to wheat and other grains with gluten. It is no relation to wheat, rather a fruit seed and member of the rhubarb family. Nutritious and naturally gluten free, buckwheat is a good source of fibre, rich in B vitamins as well as magnesium, iron and zinc.
Ingredients: corn flour* (60%), buckwheat flour* (25%), rice flour* (15%).
