Organic gluten free noodles made form buckwheat. Great in soups, stir fries, curries or as pasta.

Ingredients: organic buckwheat flour, water

Recipe:
Put noodles in saucepan and immerse in boiling water. Leave until soft.
Fry an onion until soft with some tofu and put aside.
Fry some garlic in a Wok in sesame/olive oil and add the drained noodles.
Add some soy sauce, stir, lemon juice, stir, crushed chilli to taste and sprinkling of dark brown sugar.
Add an egg (optional)
Add some green leafy vegetable (kale/spinach/cabbage) and heat through.
Sprinkle with seeds (sesame/pumpkin/sunflower/linseed)

This is one of our favourites when you have had a long day. Keep a pot of yoghurt close at hand in case you over do it with the chilli.
