Geo Organics Organic Thai Green Curry Paste
Ingredients: water, onion, green chilli, green pepper, orange juice, sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, garlic puree, ginger puree, cornstarch, cumin, sea salt, coriander.

Recipe: Chicken curry
Ingredients:
I jar of Geo Organics curry paste
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 courgette, peeled and cubed
1 red pepper, deseeded and cubed
2 chicken breasts, diced or 1 jar of Biona organic chickpeas
1 tablespoon creamed coconut
1 tin Biona organic whole peeled tomatoes
1 tablespoon Biona organic tomato puree
Essential Trading basmati brown rice
Fresh coriander
Geo Organics sugar free mango chutney
Method: fry the onion in the olive oil until softened. Add the peppers and courgettes. Fry gently for 5 minutes. Add the diced chicken. Add half a jar of Geo Organics curry paste, stir thoroughly and cook for 5 minutes. Add the coconut cream. Add the tin of Biona Organic Peeled Whole Tomatoes and Biona Organic Tomato Puree and simmer for 10 minutes. Just before serving break up the peeled tomatoes and stir through the sauce.
Serve with Essential Trading brown basmati rice, some fresh coriander and Geo Organics sugar free mango chutney.
You can also serve with natural yoghurt.
The chicken can be replaced by Biona Organic Chickpeas or tofu for a vegetarian option.
