Allergycare Xanthum Gum
An exceptionally versatile gluten free and wheat free ingredient. Will improve all gluten free bread and cake recipes. Use in low fat baking and salad dressings as well.
Use as a gluten replacer in recipes. 1 teaspoon xanthum gum to 100g of flour.
