Made by a family business to the original recipe created four generations ago, falafels can be served as a snack or a main meal. You can serve Falafel in a warm pita bread with some salad, drizzle of lemon juice and some sweet chilli sauce. Alternatively you may serve it on a bed of salad of your choice with some hommous, tahini sauce or minted yoghurt. Makes approximately 12 x 35g falafels per pack.


Ingredients: chickpeas (78%), dried onions (8%), dried parsley, dried peppers, cumin, corriander, garlic, paprika, black pepper, Sharaf's spice blend, sea salt, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate.
