Discovery Fajita Seasoning
Ingredients: Salt, Dried Chilli, Onion, Sugar, Dried Garlic, Cumin, Mustard, Oregano, Crystalised Lime & Lemon, Coriander leaf, Nutmeg, Cinnamon

Recipe: Fajita Chicken Caesar Wraps
Ingredients:
Half sachet Discovery Fajita Seasoning
A splash of olive or sunflower oil
3 skinless boneless chicken breasts or thighs
1 pack of Discovery Wrap 'n' Roll
2 plum tomatoes, sliced thinly or chopped
100g mixed salad leaves or 2 Little Gem lettuces, shredded
Either 50g pack garlic croutons or 4 rashers of streaky bacon, grilled and snipped
6 tablespoons bottled Caesar salad dressing
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cooking instructions:
>>Coat the lightly oiled chicken breast or thighs with the Discovery Fajita Seasoning and leave to marinate for 20 minutes or so.Grill or barbecue for about 12 minutes until firm, but not overcooked.Remove, cut into thin slices and season.
Meanwhile, warm the Discovery Wrap 'n' Roll, and lay one out on a board.Scatter over with about a sixth of the chicken, tomatoes, salad leaves and croutons or crispy bacon, trickle over a tablespoon of dressing and roll up tightly (see tip below).Repeat with the remaining wraps and filling.
1 kg potatoes, skin-on, cut into thick wedges
2 tbsp oil
1 sachet Discovery Cajun, Fajita or Taco Seasoning
Heat rating: Mild Heat rating: 1
Cooking instructions:
Coat potatoes in oil and seasoning, to taste. Lay on a baking tray and cook in a preheated oven at 200C/400F/Gas Mark 6 for 30-40 minutes, or until well browned and cooked. Serve immediately
