How do I know if an item is free from a food that I am allergic to?
Each item has the ingredients listed as certified to us by the producer. Please check the ingredients on each item
carefully to ensure it is safe for you to eat as not all items on this site are free of all the listed allergens. Products on this site may
contain nuts or traces of nuts.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to anywhere in the UK (including Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland but not the Republic of Ireland). We
do not deliver internationally at the present time. Restricted areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland may attract a delivery surcharge.

How quickly will I get my order?
We deliver within 48 hours of order. Any orders made after 5.00 p.m. on any day will be considered to be ordered the
following day. We only make deliveries from Monday - Saturday so any order made after 5.00 p.m. on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.

How much does delivery cost?
We charge a single delivery fee of £5.95 no matter how much you order. Restricted areas of Scotland and Northern
Ireland attract delivery surcharges.

What happens if I'm not in when my parcel arrives?
If you are not home when your food parcel arrives Parcelforce will make every effort to deliver the parcel either to
your address or to an appropriate neighbour. If you know you will not be at home when your parcel arrives you can give details of a safe place
or a neighbour with whom it can be left. Failing this Parcelforce will take it to a convenient local Post Office (there are 12,500 post offices
nationwide which is the largest parcel collection network in the UK) and leave you a card telling you where to collect your parcel within the
next 16 days with a number to phone if you have any queries. You can collect your parcel by taking the card with proof of identity to the
relevant Post Office. You can also check where your parcel has been taken by checking on
www.parcelforce.com or by calling Parcelforce on
08708 50 11 50. You will need your tracking reference so email us to obtain this.
